Cabot Health is a division of Health Direction Pty Ltd, a privately owned Australian company which was established in 1995.

Dr Sandra Cabot leads a team of specialist doctors, naturopaths, nutritionists, herbalists and researchers – this group of academic and clinically orientated practitioners have been trained in nutritional medicine and the use of specific herbs, vitamins, minerals and functional foods.

We believe in using easy to understand safe therapies, natural foods and nutritional supplements of the highest quality as the foundation of a healthy mind and body.
