Silica – colloidal anhydrous (Equiv. to Silicon 210.38mg)... 450mg
Biotin... 2.5mg
Zinc citrate dihydrate (Equiv. to Zinc 24.17mg)... 75.3mg
Selenomethionine (Equiv. to Selenium 100 micrograms)... 250 micrograms
Directions
Adults: Take 1 tablet per day with a glass of water. Take with food.
Warnings;
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high does. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
Contains zinc. Please take caution when combining with other Qsilica products that also contain zinc and check your other supplements to ensure you don’t exceed the recommended daily intake.
