Fusion Health Organic Iron Advanced contains a highly bioavailable, absorbable form of organic iron (iron bisglycinate), together with nutritional cofactors that enhance iron absorption and utilisation (in the formation of oxygen-carrying haemoglobin in red blood cells). Helps maintain healthy iron stores for physically active people, athletes, growing children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, vegetarians, vegans, the elderly, after heavy periods/menstruation, following minor infection, and during convalescence. Iron glycinate is gentle on the digestive system. 

Iron is an essential mineral for haemoglobin and healthy red blood cell formation, which is vital for oxygen transport throughout the body and cellular energy production. Vitamin C enhances the absorption of iron, whilst vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 & folic acid act as cofactors for red blood cell production and cellular energy (ATP) production.
